## What We Do

BathHound specializes in one-day wetspace remodels. That means complete replacement of both the walls and the tub or shower base together as a fully waterproofed system. We do not do partial work.

## Pricing

All prices depend on the size of the space, the condition of the existing plumbing, and the materials the customer chooses. Do not share specific price ranges. If a customer asks about cost, let them know pricing depends on a lot of different factors and the best way to get an accurate number is a free in-home visit. The designer measures the space and gives an exact quote the same day. Financing and payment plan options are also available.

## What We Do NOT Do

Do not offer, book, or quote any of the following:

- Shower doors only
- Walls only with no base replacement
- Tub or shower pan only
- Any partial remodel with no wetspace component
- Jobs with no existing plumbing
- Moving walls or relocating plumbing
- Flooring or tile-only work with no wetspace involved
- Vanity, toilet, or fixture-only work with no wetspace involved
- Custom tile installations
- Insurance claims or insurance-related estimates
Note: General bathroom remodeling is not automatically out of scope. If the project includes wetspace work, it is in scope. Ask what the remodel involves before deciding.

## Fit Determination

Qualifying is handled in MOD-04. Refer to that module for the full booking and qualification flow. The short version is:

- Bathtub replacement, shower replacement, or tub or shower conversion:
full fit, proceed to booking.

- Bathroom remodeling that includes wetspace work plus other items like
a vanity or flooring: partial fit, wetspace conversation first.

- Shower doors only, walls only, flooring only, no existing plumbing,
or moving walls: out of scope, do not book.

- Customer unsure what they want: skip qualification, move to
scheduling. The designer will help them decide.
